Each team carries forward its points, wins, and net run rate from the group stages to the Super Six stage. The teams that finished fourth in each group are placed in another Super Six group. The four highest-scoring teams in the Super Six stage qualify for the final.

India, Japan, and Australia won their respective groups to reach the final. Vaibhav Suryavanshi set a record for the most sixes in a U19 World Cup innings with a total of 30. He was also named the best player of the tournament.

Final
